Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry was an American model and actress, who took to the stage with her Miss USA title in 1996. Her mother named her in honor of model Ali MacGraw after she watched her film from 1970 'Love Story'. She was born in Cecilia and went to Cecilia High School. At the age of 17, she was head of her high school cheerleading team, and later was named 'Miss Louisiana Teen USA. In 1996, she was crowned 'Miss Louisiana USA. The star gained attention following her win as Miss USA. The show premiered her in 1997. TV show 'Clueless. She became known as "the Doritos Girl", due to her appearance in a 'Doritos commercial' during the Super Bowl of 1998. Her first film appearance was in the film 'Beautiful', which was released in 2000. Her appearances have been in a variety of TV and film series throughout the years.
